Crab & Cream Cheese Quesadilla

4 Whole wheat tortilla shells8 oz. low fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened3/4 cup crab meat, cut into small pieces1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese1/2 tbsp onion flakes1/2 tsp garlic powder3/4 tsp worchestershire sauce1 tsp hot sauce1/2 tsp Old Bay Seafood seasoning
Mix all ingredients and spread on two tortillas. Place the other two tortillas on top of the cream cheese mixture. Grill the tortillas in a hot skillet until light brown. Cut each quesadilla into six pieces. Serve with shredded lettuce, black olives and chopped tomatoes, if desired.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was pretty good. I blended all the ingredients together in a food processor to make the filling. The only thing I have to say is that it was a little bland, so the next time I make it I will probably up the amount of the Old Bay seasoning and the hot sauce. - 1/8/08
