Salmon Patties

Ingredients
Pink Salmon - Double "Q" - 1 can drainedBread Crumbs Plain -Progresso - .5 cupBread Crumbs Italian Style - Progress - .25 cupEgg whites - 2 servingsOnion, Small - Chopped (optional)
Directions
Drain salmon, add chopped onion, 6 Tbs egg whites, and bread crumbs. Mix thouroughly, then shape into 10 patties. Fry in small amount of oil or non-stick pan spray until golden on both sides. Serve with mashed potatoes and peas (or your favorite vegetable).
