1 Lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast2 cans Reduced Fat Cream of Chicken Soup1.5 Cup Pepperidge Farm Cornbread StuffingApproximately .5 cup of Water
Prehead oven to 400 degrees.
Cook chicken in pan, covered, with about an inch of water.
Shred cooked chicken in casserole dish.
Pour Cream of Chicken Soup over shredded chicken evenly.
Layer Cornbread Stuffing over top of Cream of chicken.
Gently pour water over stuffing, just enough to moisten stuffing.
Place in oven for 30-35 minutes or until desired crispiness.
