Broiled Cod w/orzo

Ingredients
(4) 4oz cod fillets(1) tbsp dried cilantro(1) tsp garlic powder(1) tbsp extra virgin olive oiljuice from 1 lime8oz orzo(2) tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Prepare orzo as directed on package. While water is coming to a boil, prepare the cod. When orzo has been drained, stir in shredded Parmesan cheese.

Lightly brush cod fillets with extra virgin olive oil. Squeeze the lime juice into a bowl and dash it over the fillets. Sprinkle each fillet with cilantro and garlic powder.

Broil for 4 - 7 minutes until the meat is flaky. Remove from the oven and serve 1 fillet over 1 serving of orzo.
