FANNETASTIC FOOD's Blueberry Spelt Pancakes

Ingredients
1/4 C spelt flour 1/3 C skim milk (or non-dairy substitute)1/3 C blueberries1 Tbsp. finely ground flaxseed1/2 tsp. unsweetened applesauce1/2 tsp. baking powderFew shakes cinnamon
Directions
Mix all pancake ingredients in a bowl, pour batter into a pan. After a minute or two (when the pancake is golden brown), flip to other side, cook another minute or two. Voila!

Top with my Yogurt Maple Banana sauce (nutritional data listed separately).

    Excellent recipe, experimenting with different flour and I like spelt. Made great pancakes and I made the banana topping too and it complements it perfectly. Thank you Fan of all of your recipes. I have also added 3 tabs egg beaters or an egg white to this and that is good too. - 11/4/17
