Thai Basil Chicken Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Chicken Breast, sliced1/4 cup Canola Oil8 cloves garlic,crushed1 small chili pepper, crushed4 cups day old rice3 Tb Oyster Sauce2 T Fish Sauce1 ts. sugar2 cups Basil1 sweet red bell pepper, sliced
Directions
Heat oil. Add garlic and chili and cook for 30 seconds. Add chicken and cook til about half done. Add the Oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Finish cooking the chicken. Add the red bell pepper, and the rice. Cook until heated through. Add the Basil.

Serve with cucumbers.
