high-fiber oat bran muffins

Ingredients
100% natural oat bran 2.5 cupsbaking powder 2 tsp2 egg whitesskim milk 3/4 cuphoney (or maple syrup) 1/2 cupvegetable oil 2 tblspoptional additionssalt 1/2 tspraisins 1/4 cup
Directions
pre heat oven to 425.
grease 12 muffin cups
mix dry ingredients
blend liquid ingredients (not eggs)
add eggs to liquid mix
add liquid mis to dry, stirring until moistened.

fill muffin tins
bake 10-12 minutes until golden
