Simple Almond Cookies

Almonds, 2.25 cup, whole Splenda 3/4 CEgg white, 2 Sliced almonds, 0.10 cup (32 slices)
makes 32 servings-1 cookie =1 serving
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray and set aside.
2. In a food processor, combine whole almonds and sugar; cover and process until ground. Add egg whites and vanilla extract. Cover and process until mixed.
3. For each cookie, shape a well rounded teaspoon on the dough into a crescent shape or ball. Arrange 1 inch apart on prepared cookie sheets. Place an almons slice ontop pf each cookie. bake for 10-12 mnutes or just until cookis start to brown on the tops. Transfer to wire rack to cool.
5. melt chocolate. Transfer to a small ziploc bag. Cut small hole in corner. Drizzle cookies with chocolate.
