Citrus Cucmber Salad

Ingredients
Delmonte Fruit Naturals - Citrus Salad, 1 cup Cucumber peeled and uct into chunks , 1 medium Rice Wine Vinegar 1 tbsp Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Drain fruit, reserving 1 T of the liquid
Chop cumber into bite-sized chunks.
Toss fruit with the cucumber
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add reserved liquid and vinegar
Toss and serve
