Chicken Shrimp & Broccoli Casserole

.25 package of frozen broccoli (about 30 pieces)estimate about 20 shrimp uncooked and frozen5-8 boneless skinless chicken strips fat free or reduced fat1 cup fat free cheddar cheese1/2 cup of reduced or fat free mozzarella cheese1 can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup mixed with water (not milk)olive oil or butterseasonings:old baycelery seedsaccentpepper
Take the chicken and place it in a preheated skillet with butter or olive oil and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
Add shrimp and little more butter if necessary and cook until shrimp turns pink.
Add cream of mushroom and 1 can of water.
stir and season as necessary.
Place frozen broccoli in a casserole dish.
Pour chicken mixture over the broccoli and mix
top with layers of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Makes 8 1 cup serving
