1 Whole wheat Pita1 cup mushrooms, sauteed 3 oz Boar's Head EverRoast chicken1 slice Alpine Lace 25% reduced fat Provolone cheese
Using Pam and a little salt & pepper, sautee mushrooms in a frying pan over medium to medium-high heat for 3 minutes or until soft. Reduce heat.
Add chicken. Chop and mix with mushrooms until heated through.
Seperate into two halves. Top each with 1/2 the cheese slice & let it melt for a minute.
Fill Pita halves and enjoy!
