High protein oatmeal

Ingredients
1 packet Quaker instant oatmeal (plain)2 tbsp brewer's yeas2 tbsp fresh ground flax seed1 cup nonfat milk (divided)1/4 cup raisins
Directions
Mix about half the milk into the oatmeal, put in microwave for 1 minute. Grind the flaxseed. When oatmeal is done, add flax seed, brewer's yeast and remaining milk. Add raisins.
Makes 1 substantial serving
