Tarragon Chicken Salad, w/o nuts

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ouncesLight Sour Cream, 1/3 cupLight Mayonnaise, 1/4 cupApple, largeCelery, 1 stalkTarragon, 1 sprigsalt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Boil the chicken breasts until cooked through, then cool to room temp. Chop chicken breasts, celery, tarragon and apple. Combine these and all remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper are to taste.
Chill and serve. Makes approx. 15 .5 cup servings.
