1-lb ground turkey1 onion chopped1 minced garlic1/2 green pepper seeded1/2 red pepper seeded1/2 red pepper seeded14 oz can black beans drained28 oz canned diced tomatoes1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsb cumin1 tbs black pepper4 tbs crushed red pepper28 oz salsa mild
Brown turkey, onions and add dry spices and beans. Add tomatoes and bring to boil. Lower heat cook for 4 to 5 hours stirring occasionally
