Carrot & peanut soup

Ingredients
* Carrots, raw, 6 cup, chopped * Peanut Butter, smooth style, 2 Tbsp * *fresh red chilli, 1/2 - 1 small * Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) * Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium * Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped * *Soy Sauce, 3 Tbsp * Lime Juice, 2 TspOlive oil 1 Tbsp
Directions
Fry the vegetables, garlic and chopped chilli in the oil until becoming soft, add some of the water if necessary.
Add the remaining ingredients, when the vgetables are soft liquidize, heat through and serve
