Pork tenderloin with apple bounty

Ingredients
12 oz pork tenderloin, sliced into rounds1 tsp sage1/4 tsp black pepper1/4 tsp salt3 Tbsp olive oil3 medium granny smith apples, sliced1 Tbsp coconut oil1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp lemon juice1/4 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Heat skillet with olive oil. Add pork and sprinkle with half of seasonings. Cook 5 minutes, and turn. Sprinkle with remainder of seasoning.

In a separate pan, heat coconut oil. Add apples and spices. Cook until apples are soft. Pour over pork and serve.
