Cheesy Hashbrowns

Ingredients
1 pkg. Hungry Jack premium HashbrownsLawry's seasoning salt2 tbsp. country crock2 oz. kraft shredded mexican cheese
Directions
Mix seasoning salt with dry potatoes. Follow box instructions for preparation, substituting country crock for oil. Cook 3 minutes on one side and flip (I dump/flip onto a plate and then slide uncooked side down into pan). Cook an additional 3 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Brown under broiler.
