1 banana2 tbsp peanut butter1 cup skim milkhoney or other sweeter (optional)
Blend ingredients until smooth. This recipe makes a great snack between meals or a great breakfast. I also make this drink as a hangover cure (the potassium in the banana rehydrates your body quickly) and my mom used to drink these when she was pregnant.
