Ingredients
1Kg bottle gourd2 tomatoes1 green pepper1 tsp. oil1.5 tsp salt1 tsp soypower1 tsp. mustard seed1 tsp. cumin0.5 tsp hing1 tsp. tumeric
Directions
Remove skin of bottle gourd. Cut into small peices. Make tardka in oil of mustard seeds, cumin and hing. Add bottle gourd and saute for 2 minutes. Chop green pepper and add. Saute for 3 minutes. Chop tomatoes and add along with 1/2 cup water and tumeric. Let cook on medium flame for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve hot.
