Chicken & Broccoli

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed * *Brown Rice, medium grain, .5 cup * Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped * Onions, raw, .125 cup, chopped * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp * Peas, frozen, .125 cup * Garlic powder, 1 tsp * Pepper, red or cayenne, .1 tsp * Parsley, dried, 1 tsp * Salt, .5 tsp
Directions
Cook chicken breast on medium heat
While breast is cooking, cook instant rice
As rice is finishing add vegetables and set to medium heat
Stir to avoid burning
Once vegetables are thoroughly cook, cut chicken into pieces
Add vegetable mixture
Add spices
Mix
Place on low heat for 2 or 3 minutes
