Shrimp Marsala Trinity

Ingredients
1T EVEO, 1/4t Black Pepper, 2 cloves garlic, 1C chopped onion, 1C chopped celery, 1C green bell pepper, 12 oz Shrimp,t, 2T flour, 1/2 C marsala wine, 1/2 C chicken broth. Season with a pinch of each marjoram, chervil, tarragon, chive, and basil.
Directions
Preparation and cooking time overlaps as ingredients are prepared and added in order.Saute garlic & pepper till garlic is golden. Add onions till translucent. Add celery & green bell pepper and cover on medium heat until liquids are expressed. Remove to bowl, saute shrimp remove to same bowl. Stir butter & flour over medium low heat until grainy, add broth & wine slowly to create sauce. Cook until bubbly and recombine all & simmer 3-5 minutes serve over rice noodles. 2 servings
