Protein Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1.5 whole wheat flour3 scoops of Myofusion Protein Powder1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 salt3/4 c. splenda4 ripe bananas mashed4 egg whites1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites, and add the remaining wet ingredients – mix thoroughly. In another bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Then lightly blend all of the ingredients together, and pour the mixture into muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out dry. Let the muffins stand in the pan for 10 minutes, then serve.
