Country Chicken Salad

Ingredients
16 oz boneless Cooked chicken cut in 1" pieces1/2 small onion, quartered1 celery stalk cut in 1" pieces1 cup mayo1 Tsp Country dijon mustard1/2 tsp dried tarragon12 Tsp fresh lime juice10 sprigs curly parsley10 sprigs cilantroSalt and Ground pepper to taste (I didn't use any)
Directions
Add lime juice and every thing but chicken and mayo to a small chopper and chop till fine texture.

In a blender or food processor add the mayo and the chopped mixture and blend til evenly mixed. Add the chicken and pulse till desired consistency is reached!

Makes 10 3 0z servings.
