Ground Turkey Minestrone

Ingredients
1 lb. Lean Ground Turkey4 c. Low Sodium Chicken Broth2 medium Tomatoes, diced1.5 c. Baby Spinach3 c. White Kidney Beans0.5 c Water1 clove GarlicSpice to taste
Directions
Brown turkey in a skillet (Low/Medium heat); add garlic and favorite spice.
Drain excess grease.
Add Turkey to pot containing broth, water and diced tomato; simmer on Low heat.
Add spinach and beans; continue to simmer on Low/Medium heat until spinach is soft (about 20minutes).

Makes 6 servings (about 1.5 cups each)
