Hungarian Goulash

6 tbsp Margarine6 Onions, sliced2 1/4 lbs Beef top round steak, cubed1/4 cup paprika2 tsp salt1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream12 oz Egg noodles
1) Saute onions and margarine in sauce pan for 15 or until tender and transluscent.
2) Add steak, salt, and paprika. Stir and simmer on low heat for 1-1 1/2 hours.
3) Boil noodles based on package directions.
4) When you drain the noodles, add the sour cream to the Goulash mixture and stir until combined. Serve over noodles.
1 Serving includes 1/6 of Pot of Goulash, and 2 oz of noodles.
