My Diet Pancakes

Ingredients
1 TBSP Vinegar1 TBSP Lemon Juice1/4 Skim Milk1/4 Cup Egg Beaters1/8 Cup Water2/3 Cup Heart Smart Bisquick1/8 Cup Splenda
Directions
Mix ingredients in order of listing, stirring them as you go until the lumps are gone. Heat your pan or griddle to medium-low heat and spray with cooking spray. Pour batter in about 1/4 cup sized increments. When batter starts to bubble through the middle of a pancake, it's time to flip the pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides.

****You can add fruit into the batter like banana or berries. You can add cinnamon or vanilla into in the batter as well, or top with them things like honey or peanut butter. If you want just a plain low fat pancake you can eat them just like this with syrup or sugar free syrup.
