Grammie's sloppy Chili Joe

Ingredients
2 Talblespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.2 pounds Honey suckle white 85/15 Ground Turkey3/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped bell pepper 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder1 Tablespoon grounc Cumin3/4 teaspoon salt1 pinch dried red pepper flakes1 14.5oz can Hunt's All Natural Diced tomatoes
Directions
In a large skillet, heat oil, brown ground turkey in oil. Add onions and bellpeppers, cook until they are tender. Stir in salt and other spices, then add tomatoes. cook until all liquid is gone. serve hot on whole wheat toast, spread with yellow mustard, and top with 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese.
