Miso Beef stirfry

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz Carrots, 1 cup slices Broccoli, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Oil, 1 1tsp Miso, 2 TbspMirin, Kikkoman sweet cookiing rice seasoning, 2 tbsp Ajipon Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in fry pan or wok, and add finely minced or crushed garlic. Sautee until slightly browned.

Add ground beef and brown.

Add miso and mix well. Add mirin, ponzu and a little bit of water, if needed--scrape up whatever garlic and miso may have stuck to the pan.

Add carrots and broccoli, stir and cover. Cook 4-6 minutes until vegetables are bright, and slightly tender, but retain some crunch.

Add sesame seeds and serve with rice or noodles.
