Coconut Oil Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup coconut oil melted1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup white sugar1 egg1/4 cup water1 teaspoon vanilla1 cup whole wheat flour1 teaspoon sea salt1/2 teaspoon baking sodadash of cinnamon and/or nutmeg 3 cups uncooked regular oatmeal
Directions
Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Be sure not to over bake or they will be crispy I like my cookies chewy. You may find you want to even bake them for less time! For variety, add chopped nuts, raisins, carob chips, or coconut.
