2 cups Bottle Gourd, chopped1 cup Pumpkin, chopped1 tsp. ghee1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp cumin1/2 tsp. hing2 tbsp. soy power
Take Bottle gourd and pumpkin and pressure cook for 3 whistles or boil in water for 10 min. or until soft. After cooked strain water and reserve it. Put vegetables in the mixer or blender and grind to a paste. Heat the ghee in a pot and add cumin and hing and roast for a few seconds. Then add vegetable paste, salt and water. Turn off the heat and add the soypower. Mix soypower really well using a whisk as to avoid forming lumps. Serve hot. Makes 2 servings.
