Healthy Beef & Bean Chili

Ingredients
12 oz lean ground beef4 cups red kidney beans1/2 white onion2T EVOO15 oz tomato sauce2 cloves garlic1T Cumin1T Chili Powder2 tsp dried basil1T salt1T dried mustard
Directions
Cook diced onions in low heat in EVOO. When wilted and soft add ground beef and cook till thoroughly done. Add all the other stuff all at once. Turn down to simmer and let cook for as long as you want. Mine is usually about 2 hours.
Makes approx 6 one cup servings
