140 grams (about 1 cup) of Wheat flour and saffola cholesterol management mix.2 tsp. sugar3 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon powder (optional)1.5 tsp. oil1 cup whole milk3 medium bananas, smashed
Mix all dry ingredients together. Then add milk and smashed bananas. Stir very gently and only enough to just mix the ingredients. If too dry, add a bit of water. But mix should be a thick batter. In a non- stick skillet on medium heat, put remaining oil and spread it. Spoon 5" circles of batter onto pan. When it starts to bubble, flip with spatula to other side. The pancake is done when you can press the center and it springs back. Serve hot with syrup of choice. This recipe makes 10 pancakes.
