Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 cups black beans cooked or canned1 red roasted pepper1 medium oniom chopped1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley1 tsp cumin2 tbsp of lemon juice2tbsp olive oil1 small jalapemno pepper choppedSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix ingriedients together
Adjust seasonings to your taste
Can be refridgerated for a few days
Great with frilled meats or fish
Also can be eaten by itself as a meal or a snack
