Crock Pot Rice Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup Italian rice4 cups skim milk2/3 cup splenda1 tbsp vanilla2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)
Directions
Mix rice, splenda and cinnamon in the crock pot. Add the vanilla and milk.
Cook on low for 4 hours.
When done, spoon into 1-cup serving bowls and refrigerate.
Makes six servings.
