Mozzarella, Ham, and Basil Panini

Ingredients
1 (16-ounce) loaf Italian Bread, cut in half horizontally4 teaspoons Dijon mustard4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar8 ounces thinly sliced fresh mozzarella cheese12 fresh basil leaves8 ounces lean ham1 large plum tomato, thinly slicedCooking spray
Directions
Brush cut side of the bottom bread half with mustard; brush cut side of top half with vinegar. Top bottom half with mozzarella, basil, ham, and tomato. Top with remaining bread half.

Heat a panini press to medium heat. Coat with cooking spray. Add sandwich to pan; press down for about 30 seconds. Allow to cook 3 minutes more or until golden and cheese is melted.

Cut sandwich into 6 wedges.
