Greek Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 chicken breast diced into 1" squares4 -6 Gloves of GarlicJuice of 1 lemon5/8 (150 Ml) Water1/2 Tbsp dried oregano1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Peel and crush or chop garlic, set aside. Cut Lemon in 1/2 and add to measuring cup, add 150 ml to cup.

Add olive oil to hot pan, as oil begins to heat add garlic and chicken. Brown chicken on all sides, approximately 5 to 10 minutes total, reduce heat.

Add Oregano and Black Pepper stir into chicken.

Add lemon/water mixture and stir to mix in. Simmer until most of the liquid has been reduced and all of the flavours have been combined.

You can serve over rice.
