EZ Slow Bake Burritos

1 lb sirloin roast, fat trimmed off1 can diced tomatoes, undrained1 pkt beef stew seasoning mix1 can pinto beans, drained & rinsed1/2 can chopped green chilies, drained1/2 tsp chili powder1 sliced medium onion1 pkg burrito size fat free flour tortillas8 oz fat free sour cream
In crock pot, combine roast, tomatoes, beef stew seasoning pkt, beans, chilies, chili powder, and onion. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
Pull apart meat and stir indredients together.
Use slotted spoon and spoon meat mixture onto tortillas.
Garnish with sour cream then fold burrito style.
