Ingredients
1.5 # Lean Beef Stew Meat3 cups Beef Stock2 cans campbells Beefy Mushroom SoupBay leaf7 small potatoes7 carrots1/4 cup frozen cornSalt as desiredOnion seasoning as desired
Directions
Brown the stew meat with cooking spray in large pot. Add beef stock and bay leaf. Season meat with salt and onion as desired. Bring to boil and simmer for 1.5 hours. Add soup and vegetables (cut up as desired) and bring back to boil and then simmer for 30 minutes or til vegetables are done. Each serving is 1 cup.
