Ingredients
1 orange bell pepper1 small red onion5-7 spears asparagus1 small yellow squash1/2 small zucchiniolive oilsalt & pepperlemon
Directions
Cut all veggies into large pieces.
Heat 1-2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet & add veggies. Keep stirring over medium heat until al dente. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
Makes 6 1 -cup servings.

    Marvelous!!!! I truly mean that some people review and have not even made the dish but I loved it I'm a veggie lover anyway and all the colors made it even better if there were six stars I'd give it to you I used Mrs dash instead of salt - 7/15/19
