Bacon Cheddar Potato Soup in the Vita-Mix

Ingredients
2 C Skim Milk2 Medium Baked Potatoes, reserve one (Yukon Gold)1/3 C Cheddar Cheese1/4 Small onion, sauted1/2 t dill1/2 t rosemarry1/2 salt3 slices bacon, crispy and crumbled
Directions
Place milk, 1 potato, cheese, onion, dill, rosemary and salt in Vita Mix. Select variable speed #1. Turn on and quickly increase to #10 the to high. Run for 4 min. Add Salt. Reduce speed to variable #3 and drop bacon and remaning potato through lid. Run just until chopped. Serve.
