French Toast

Ingredients
4 fresh large eggs1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp ground cinnamon2 ounces milk 1%
Directions
Place a non-stick flat pan on medium heat while preparing incrediants.
In a flat shallow dish add:
4 large eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tsp ground cinnamon, 2 ounces of milk. Whip with a fork or wsh until light & fluffy. Dip (do not soak) one piece of bread at a time an place immediately on non-stick pan.
Cook 2 minutes on each side.
Serve hot and top with your favorite toppings. (syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit).
