1 cup raw almonds, can be dry toasted1 cup raisins1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp salt1 cup whole rolled oats1/4 cup ground flaxseed1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Rinse almonds and raisins in water, leave wet.
Grind up in food processor until fairly fine and forming a ball. Add peanut butter, salt, cinnamon, and soy flour. Process until blended.
Remove to bowl and fold in oats and chocolate, using wet hands works well.
Dump onto parchment paper and press together, forming a rectangle- size and thickness not important.
Cut into 8 bars and chill.
