Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups flour3/4 cup quick oatsdash of salt1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1 Tbsp cinnamon2 large eggs1/2 cup appleauce1 1/4 cups nonfat milk1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Mix all flour, oats, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon on a medium mixing bowl. Add eggs, applesauce and milk. Using a 1/4 cup sized measuring cup, ladle out batter onto heated non-stick griddle or pan. Put a few chocolate chips onto the tops of the pancakes as soon as you ladle them onto the griddle. Turn the pancakes when bubble start to form on the top and sides look slightly cooked. Serve w/ reduced sugar syrup, or applesauce, if you like.

Makes about 15 pancakes, or five 3 pancake servings.
