Creamy Broccoli Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing Mix- Chicken1 c water6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 pkg frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed, drained1 can (10.75 oz) 99% fat free cream of chicken soup1/2 c skim milk1 T paprika2 T parmesan
Directions
Makes 6 servings- 1 chicken breast each
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine stuffing mix and water in large bowl. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, pound chicken to 1/4" thickness using meat mallet. Add broccoli to stuffing, mixing lightly.
Spread evenly on chickento within 1/2" of outer edges. Roll up each chicken breast from one of the short ends, enclosing the stuffing mixture.
Place chicken seam-side down, in a 13x9" baking dish.
Mix soup and milk, and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and parmesan.
Bake 30 min, or until chicken is cooked through.
