14 ounces Dole Cole Slaw Salad 1 can Bumble Bee Small Shrimp1 Tbsp low Sodium Soy Sauce1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar1 tsp splenda

This was a springboard to a different shrimp salad. I did use the vinegar, but instead of soy sauce I used fish sauce, instead of Splenda I used 1/2 tsp. ginger juice (could use grated ginger). I added chopped green onions. Then I served it on romaine, cooked asparagus, and sliced tomatoes. - 9/9/11
