Overnight Crockpot Oatmeal

Ingredients
1 Cup McCann's Irish Oatmeal (Steel Cut Oats- do NOT use instant)2 TBSP Butter1/4 cup dried apricots1/4 cup dried dates1/4 nuts1/2 teaspoon salt4 1/2 cups of water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a 2 quart slow cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW 6-8 hours.
It might form a "crust" around the outside. Just scrape it down with a spoon and stir it in.

Makes approx four 1 cup servings
