Ingredients
1.5 cups cooked black beans2 cups leek, sliced 1 cup sliced carrots2 cups diced sweet potato3 cups vegetable broth3 bay leaves2 tsp hot pepper sauce Feel free to spice it up more- add thyme or cumin maybe, and salt if it fits your dietary needs...
Directions
Prep the vegetables.
Combine all ingredients in a 2 qt saucepan.
Bring to a boil and simmer until the sweet potato is fork tender.
