1 cup oatmeal ground1 1/4 cups protein powder1 tbls honey2 tsp vanilla1/2 tsp cinnamon1 cup peanut butter
Grind oatmeal in blender the resemble flour pour into lg bowl add protein powder and stir, in blender combine cottage cheese, honey, vanilla, cinnamon and 1/4 cup water blend until smooth, then add to oat mixture. Add peanut butter stir till well combined. line a 9 x9 pan with foil and spray with non stick spray press batter into pan and refriderate over night. Cut into 16 squares.
