LOW FAT FUDGE BROWNIE

Ingredients
nonstick spray coating1 c all purpose flour1 c packed brown sugar3/4 c granulated sugar1/2 c un-sw3eetened cocoa powder1/2 t baking powder1/2 c refrigerated or frozen egg product, thawed1/3 c un-sweetened applesauce1/4 c margarine or butter, melted1 t vanilla1/4 c chopped pecans1 T powdered sugar or chocolate-flavored syrup (optional)
Directions
spray a 30quart rectangular baking pan with nonstick coating. set aside
in large bowl, stir together flour,brown sugar, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder
stir in egg product, applesauce, margarine or butter and vanilla just til combined.
spread into the prepared pan
sprinkle with pecans

bake in a 350* oven about 20 minutes or til center appears set.
cool on a wire rack
if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or drizzle with chocolate-flavored syrup

to serve - cut into bars

makes 24 brownies
serving - 1 brownie
