5 Raw Potatos, large1 can corned beef1 med onion2 tsp minced garlic1 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper2 tsp canola oil
Peel potatos and dice into medium cubes in oil. Dice onions and sautee' with potatos until soft or golden brown (your prefrence). Stir in corned beef, garlic--sautee'. Add salt and pepper to taste.
